This is our most popular class where you’ll be one of the select few who learns how to make our signature ricotta gnocchis! 
This class we'll be making:
Stuffed Clams
Italian Dried Peppers
Polenta
Chicken Saltimbocca
Ricotta Gnocchis  
and Cannolis!

Information on Classes 
The classes run about 3 hours and at the end of it you get to enjoy a wonderful meal and go home with all the recipes! The classes are mostly demonstration but also may include some limited hands-on. There's plenty of information and enjoyment for both the experienced and inexperienced cooks.
All classes are $45 pp unless otherwise noted
