THIS CLASS IS IN WESTWOOD NOT WEYMOUTH!

This is the first class at the Viking Center that Linda has been asked to teach and she'd love to have a great showing!

As seen on Chronicle and Billy Costa's TV Diner, the demonstration kitchen at the Viking Center in Westwood is AMAZING! The atmosphere is relaxed and questions are encouraged.
~Class size range from 20- 35 people
~Generous tastings of the dishes prepared are provided along with tasting of the perfect wine pairing by Wendy Koder of Wendy Talks Wine
~Recipe packet included


We'll start with little Pinot Grigio while we learn to make:
Porcini Mushroom Toasts 
A simple, yet impressive appetizer made from earthy porcini mushrooms and served on homemade crositini
Sensi Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC
Chicken & Shrimp Tortelloni

pinach and roasted garlic tortelloni with grilled chicken, sautéed shrimp, roma tomatoes and baby spinach in a lemon scampi cream sauce
2007 Grotta Del Sole Greco di Tufo
Chicken Marsala
Chicken medallions sautéed with mushrooms and roma tomatoes, in a rich demi-glace sauce
 Sensi Cupido Sangiovese IGT
Seating is limited so all spaces must be paid at least one week prior to class via credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) or checks. Your payment will confirm your reservation for the class.

Join us for the second of these great classes where you will learn 2 great and easy saute dishes paired with two complimentary wines each!
Wendy Koder of Trio Wines will be joining us to teach you all about the wine and the reasons they pair so well. - $45 per person

Information on Classes 
The classes run about 3 hours and at the end of it you get to enjoy a wonderful meal and go home with all the recipes! The classes are mostly demonstration but also include some limited hands-on. There's plenty of information and enjoyment for both the experienced and inexperienced cooks.
All classes are $45 pp unless otherwise noted
